My stay was very pleasant, I loved the architecture of the hotel. My room was very cozy and fully stocked. The people are very nice ! They helped me during my trip, they recommended me a place to eat that was very good and good activities around the city. They also made me discovered local specialties. I hugely recommend this hotel !

This location is perfect! the owner is soo friendly. He is super helpful and explains everything about the city. The room was also very nice. Spacious bed, clean bathroom and above all a delicious breakfast every day. I would recommend everyone to stay here!

Our stay has been wonderful. The owner is a very warm and dedicated host. We would recommend this place to anybody staying at Pingyao.
The room is cozy and warm. The bed is huge and very comfortable.

Room is big. We were happy to stay here and felt like home. All staff are very helpful and have the service minds. Uncle Wu is very enthusiastic to help us to manage the trip. He was always welcome us whenever we had a question and asked for help. Thank you!

1) Hygiene is terrible. Toilet seat was dirty, I have to showed the front desk lady, how I used my hand sanitizer solution,& used my hand sanitizer wipe, to clean the stains left on the toilet seat. She said it was the cleaning lady fault. But I told her she is the boss and responsible for quality control.
2) no hand or bath towels, they provided only disposable ones. I insist on the real normal hand and bath towels.
3) the shower has no door. The entire bathroom, including the toilet get wet after shower. I’m a senior person, I worry to slip on wet floor, at night, when the entire bathroom is still wet.
This is unacceptable condition. This could endanger me.
I’m checking out tomorrow.

The B&B is very clean and in a good location. It is very convenient for visiting the ancient city. Quiet in the hustle and bustle, with considerate service and a great experience.

We arrived at the South Gate parking lot we had navigated before. Fortunately, the boss contacted us in advance and sent us the location of the Beiguan parking lot in time.
